Update.

	* sysdeps/pthread/lio_listio.c (LIO_OPCODE_BASE): Define.
	(lio_listio): Use it.
	* sysdeps/pthread/lio_listio64.c: Include lio_listio.c instead of
	after few defines to avoid duplication.
