	Move all these assembly-related definitions to ...
	* sysdeps/powerpc/elf/sysdep.h: ... this new file.

	* sysdeps/mach/powerpc/machine-lock.h: Assembly code rewritten
	by Peter Bruin <pjbruin@dds.nl>.
