hurd: Fix enabling vm_copy
Benchmarked on http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-hurd/2014-12/msg00081.html * sysdeps/mach/pagecopy.h (PAGE_THRESHOLD): Rename to PAGE_COPY_THRESHOLD and set to benchmarked 16384.
