Fix threshold for returning 1.0. * sysdeps/ieee754/ldbl-128/e_lgammal_r.c (neval, deval): Constify argument. * sysdeps/ieee754/ldbl-128/s_erfl.c (neval, deval): Likewise, and remove unused variables. * sysdeps/ieee754/ldbl-128/e_j0l.c (neval, deval): Likewise. * sysdeps/ieee754/ldbl-128/e_j1l.c (neval, deval): Likewise, and include local math header files.
