	* math/libm-test.inc: Use exact values as input parameters,
	compute output parameters with 36 digits for 128-bit long doubles.
	* sysdeps/i386/fpu/libm-test-ulps: Regenerated.
	* sysdeps/x86-64/fpu/libm-test-ulps: Regenerated.
