* string/Makefile (distribute): Add pagecopy.h.
	* sysdeps/mach/pagecopy.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/generic/pagecopy.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/generic/memcpy.c: Include pagecopy.h; call
 	PAGE_COPY_FWD_MAYBE first when word aligned.
	* sysdeps/generic/memmove.c: Likewise.
