(do_random_tests) Add cast to eliminate compiler warnings. (test_main) Add do_test_limit tests. * sysdeps/powerpc/powerpc32/strncmp.S: Test length before unaligned load. * sysdeps/powerpc/powerpc64/strncmp.S: Likewise.
