* stdlib/strtod_l.c (____STRTOF_INTERNAL): Properly handle -0.
	* stdlib/Makefile (tests): Add tst-strtod5.
	(tst-strtod5-ENV): New.
	* stdlib/tst-strtod5.c: New file.
