	* stdlib/stdlib.h: Use __USE_ISOC9X feature macro for new long long
	functions.
	Pretty print #if directives.
	* string/string.h: Pretty print #if directives.

	* sysdeps/ieee754/dbl2mpn.c: Update copyright.
	* sysdeps/ieee754/ldbl2mpn.c: Likewise.
