Update.
	* stdio-common/_i18n_number.h: Support printing localized decimal
	point and thousand separator.
	* wctype/wctrans.c: Add __wctrans alias.
	* include/wctype.h: Declare __wctrans.
	Based on a patch by Hamed Malek.
