Update.
1999-06-03  Ulrich Drepper  <drepper@cygnus.com>

	* scripts/config.guess: Update from latest version.
	* scripts/config.sub: Likewise.

	* Makerules: Set LC_ALL explicitly to archieve correct sorting of
	map files.  Closes PR libc/1147.
