	* rt/Makefile (tests): Add tst-mqueue8.
	* rt/tst-mqueue8.c: New test.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/Makefile (librt-routines): Add
	rt-sysdep.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/rt-sysdep.S: New file.
