	* Makerules: Use $(do-install-so) for installing shared objects.
	(do-install-so): New canned sequence.  Make a symlink LIB.so after
	installing LIB.so.VERSION.

	* inet/netinet/in.h: Fixed typo in IPPORT_WHOIS.
