Update.
	* stdlib/random_r.c (__setstate_r): Correct offset when computing
	new rptr and fptr.  Reported by Michael Fischer <fischer@cs.yale.edu>.

	* posix/regex.h: Add macro definitions to allow compiling outside
	glibc.
