* nscd/nscd.h (mem_in_flight): Replace blockaddr field with
	blockoff of type nscd_ssize_t.
	* nscd/mem.c (gc): Simplify markrange call for on-flight blocks.
	(mempoll_alloc): Record block offset and not address.
