Update.
	* sysdeps/pthread/pthread_cond_timedwait.c
	(__pthread_cond_timedwait): Optimize.  Drop internal lock earlier.
	Reuse code.  Add __builtin_expects.

	* init.c (pthread_functions): Make array const.
