	* sysdeps/x86_64/jmpbuf-unwind.h: New file.
	* sysdeps/ia64/jmpbuf-unwind.h: Include stdint.h.
	(_JMPBUF_CFA_UNWINDS): Remove.
	(_JMPBUF_CFA_UNWINDS_ADJ, _JMPBUF_UNWINDS_ADJ): Define.
