* nis/nss_nisplus/nisplus-service.c: Fix locking to use
_nss_create_tablename. Avoid unnecessary copying, remove unnecessary variables, general cleanup. * nis/nss_nisplus/nisplus-rpc.c: Likewise. * nis/nss_nisplus/nisplus-proto.c: Likewise.. * nis/nss_nisplus/nisplus-network.c: Fix locking to use _nss_create_tablename. Avoid unnecessary copying, general cleanup. * nis/nss_nisplus/nisplus-hosts.c (_nss_nisplus_getipnodebyname_r): Removed. Fix locking to use _nss_create_tablename.
