* stdio-common/Makefile (aux): Add fxprintf.
	* stdio-common/fxprintf.c: New file.
	* include/stdio.h: Add declaration for stdio.h.
	* argp/argp-fmtstream.c: Use __fxprintf instead of inline stream
	orientation test and two separate function calls.
