Update.
	* sysdeps/unix/i386/i586/clock_nanosleep.c (CLOCK_P): Remove
	CLOCK_MONOTONIC.
	* sysdeps/unix/i386/i586/clock_gettime.c (EXTRA_CLOCK_CASES): Likewise.
	* sysdeps/unix/i386/i586/clock_getres.c (EXTRA_CLOCK_CASES): Likewise.
