        * manual/contrib.texi: Removed licenses, added acknowledgements
        for contributions by Intel, IBM, Craig Metz.
        * LICENSES: New file, contains the text of all non-FSF licenses in the
	distribution that require putting the notice in the accompanying
	documentation.
	* README.template, README: Mention LICENSES.
