	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/getpt.c: Check that /dev/pts is mounted.
	(_PATH_DEVPTS, DEVPTS_SUPER_MAGIC): New definitions.
	(_PATH_DEVPTMX): Use _PATH_DEV.
