	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/openat64.c: New file.

	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/unlinkat.c: New file.
	* sysdeps/mach/hurd/xmknod.c (__xmknod): Just call __xmknodat.
	Guts move to ...
