* mach/Makefile ($(objpfx)mach-syscalls.mk): Pass $(CFLAGS) to $(CC).
* mach/Machrules ($(objpfx)%.udeps static pattern rule): Likewise. Reported by Jeff Bailey <jbailey@nisa.net>.
