Update.
2001-06-04  Bruno Haible  <haible@clisp.cons.org>

	* locale/programs/locfile.c (siblings_uncached, siblings, full_read,
	compare_files): New functions.
	(write_locale_data): Use xmalloc. Compare the file with the locale
	data files for the same category in other locales, and reuse it if
	possible and safe.
