Update.
	* internals.h: Declare __pthread_last_event.
	* manager.c: Define __pthread_last_event.
	(pthread_handle_create): Set __pthread_last_event.
	(pthread_exited): Likewise.
	* join.c (pthread_exit): Likewise.
