Update.

	* sysdeps/pthread/pthread.h: Declare pthread_attr_getstack and
	pthread_attr_setstack.
	* Versions [libpthread] (GLIBC_2.2): Export pthread_attr_getstack and
	pthread_attr_setstack.
	* attr.c (pthread_attr_getstack, pthread_attr_setstack): New functions.
