(ecvt_r): Special case denormals. * misc/qefgcvt_r.c (FLOAT_MIN_10_EXP, FLOAT_MIN_10_NORM): Define. * misc/tst-efgcvt.c: Include float.h. (ecvt_tests): Add 2 new tests.
