	the clone implementation by only accepting a single void* argument.

	(pthread_start_thread): Look for them there.
	* linuxthreads/internals.h (struct _pthread): Add p_initial_fn,

	* linuxthreads/pthread.c (pthread_initialize_manager): Revise
	clone invocation.
