Update.
	* libio/Makefile: Add rules build, run, and distribute tst-widetext.c.
	* libio/tst-widetext.c: New file.
	* libio/tst-widetext.input: New file.

	* libio/iogetwline.c (_IO_getwline_info): Pretty print.
