	* malloc/malloc.c (morecore): Fix inverted test in allocating new
	info table.

	* malloc/malloc.c (align): Fix assertion.

	* malloc/malloc.c: Include assert.h.

	* libc-symbols.h: Use __attribute__ for GCC 2.8, not 2.7.

	* malloc/malloc.h [emacs] (emacs_loser_valloc): Macro removed.
	(valloc): Protect decl with [! (_MALLOC_INTERNAL && emacs)].
