Update.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/internal_statvfs.c (__internal_statvfs):
	Avoid infinite loops in case the mounts file is hosed.
	* io/Makefile: Add rules to build and run tst-statvfs.
	* io/tst-statvfs.c: New file.
