	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/fstatvfs64.c: Likewise.

	* intl/bindtextdom.c: Use rwlock to avoid surprising results in
	multithreaded applications.

	* sysdeps/generic/bits/libc-lock.h: Define __libc_rwlock_* stubs.
