resolv/tst-idna_name_classify: Isolate from system libraries
Loading NSS modules from static binaries uses installed system libraries if LD_LIBRARY_PATH is not set. (cherry picked from commit 8dddf0bd5a3d57fba8da27e93f3d1a7032fce184)
