	(INLINE_SYSCALL): Use it.
	(INTERNAL_SYSCALL_ERROR_P, INTERNAL_SYSCALL_ERRNO): Define.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/arm/socket.S (__socket): Use
	SYSCALL_ERROR in place of __syscall_error.

	__bswap_32, __bswap_64): Put x into temporary variable
	to avoid warnings.

	(inline) functions.
	* sysdeps/s390/bits/byteswap.h [__GNUC__ >= 2] (__bswap_16,
	__bswap_32, __bswap_64): Put x into temporary variable
