Update.

	* iconvdata/gconv-modules: Remove BALTIC.  It's the same as
	ISO-8859-13.
	* iconvdata/Makefile (distribute): Remove baltic.c.
	(modules): Remove BALTIC.
	(gen-8bit-gap-modules): Remove baltic.
	* iconvdata/baltic.c: Removed.
