Update.
	* iconvdata/ibm1129.h: Remove duplicate mappings.
	* iconvdata/ibm937.c: Handle overflow errors.  Handle new tables.
	* iconvdata/ibm937.h: Reorganize table to safe a lot of space.

	* timezone/zic.c: Fix handling of turnaround times.
