	* iconvdata/utf-16.c (PREPARE_LOOP): Initialize 'swap' after possibly
	changing it in the state. After incrementing 'inptr', store it back.
	* iconvdata/unicode.c (PREPARE_LOOP): After incrementing 'inptr',
	store it back.
