	* mach/Machrules: Create target directory and force re-evaluation
	of Makefile to prevent `make' from optimizing away most of the
	implicit rules and `vpath' directives.

	* hurd/intr-msg.c (_hurd_intr_rpc_mach_msg): If _hurd_msgport_thread
	is null, short-circuit to __mach_msg.
