	* elf/dl-load.c (MAP_COPY): When undefined, define to
	MAP_PRIVATE|MAP_DENYWRITE instead of just MAP_PRIVATE.
	(_dl_map_object_from_fd): Don't use MAP_DENYWRITE explicitly.
