Update.
* elf/rtld.c: Little optimizations in handling _dl_lazy. * elf/cache.c (save_cache): Portability changes. * elf/dl-profile.c (_dl_start_profile): Likewise. * elf/sln.c: Cleanups. Remove arbitrary limits.
