* ctype/ctype.h: The *_l functions are in POSIX 2008.
	* dirent/dirent.h: alphasort, dirfd, scandir, and fdopendir are in
	POSIX 2008.
	/proc/sys/kernel/rtsig_max doesn't exist anymore, use getrlimit
