	* sysdeps/i386/i486/bits/string.h: Likewise.

	* debug/Makefile (routines): Add noophooks.
	(extra-libs): Add libpcprofile.  Add rules to build libpcprofile.
	* debug/noophooks.c: New file.
	* debug/pcprofile.c: New file.
