Update.
	* conform/conformtest.pl: Implement optional-element.  Define
	$mustprepend{"sched.h"}.

	* conform/data/sched.h-data: Make sporadic scheduler definitions
	optional.

	* pwd/pwd.h: Don't define getpwent_r for XPG.
