* configure.in: Don't set CCVERSION.
* configure: Regenerated. * glibcbug.in: File removed. * Makefile (install-bin-script): Remove glibcbug. (glibcbug): Target removed. (distclean-1): Don't rm glibcbug. (distribute): Remove glibcbug.in.
