struct stat is not posix conform

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/generic/bits/stat.h (struct stat,):
	(struct stat64): Likewise.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/bits/stat.h (struct stat,):
	(struct stat64): Likewise.

	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/microblaze/bits/stat.h (struct stat,):
