* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/sched.h (__sched_cpucount): Add
__BEGIN_DECLS/__END_DECLS around the prototype. * bits/sched.h (__sched_cpucount): Likewise. Make second argument pointer to const cpu_set_t.
