Update.
	* elf/dl-reloc.c (_dl_reloc_bad_type): Rewrite to not use writable
	strings.  Change type of second parameter.
	* sysdeps/generic/ldsodefs.h: Adjust _dl_reloc_bad_type prototype
	for last change.
