	* locale/C-collate.c: Remove initializers for other byte-order.

	* locale/C-time.c: Likewise.
	* locale/lc-collate.c: Remove byte-order oriented initialization.

	* locale/programs/ld-address.c: Don't generate output in both
	byte-orders.
