* sysdeps/ia64/dl-fptr.c [_LIBC_REENTRANT]: Include <ia64intrin.h>
	instead of <pt-machine.h>.
	[_LIBC_REENTRANT] (lock, unlock): Use __sync_lock_* macros instead of
	testandset.
